Overview: The Harvard Men's Lacrosse Club is a group comprised of players of all skill sets from absolute beginners to seasoned lacrosse veterans. Any affiliate of Harvard University is welcome to practice and play on the team including graduate students, proctors, extension school students, etc. Harvard Men's Club Lacrosse offers its members both the chance to hone their stick skills and play lacrosse in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Additionally, the club provides a social outlet for players on and off the field resulting in many great friendships. During 2017-2018, we will be playing both Fall ball and competitive game play during the Spring semester. In the Fall, we get to know one another, hone our lacrosse skills, hold some scrimmages and get the team organized for our longer, more serious Spring season. In the Spring, we will play other college club teams as well as a few D-3 varsity teams -- mostly from the Boston and New England area. Our spring season will conclude with a small tournament between a few club teams.
Practices and Games: Our practices start in September and are held both fall and spring semesters. Fall practices are held most Monday nights from 7-9 PM in the Stadium (located in the Soldiers Field Athletic Area). Spring practices are also on Mondays nights, but are from 9 PM-11 PM on Jordan Field (turf). Additional practices will be added by the Captains during the seasons based upon the team's needs and player interest. If added, additional practices in the spring will be on Wednesday nights between 7-9 PM. The schedule of our games varies yearly. This year's games will be posted as they are scheduled.
